At True Brilliance, we understand that getting the perfect fit is important, which is why we offer one complimentary ring sizing service within 90 days of delivery. If you need a different size, simply contact us at [insert email address] to get the resize process started. Please include your order number and the new size you need for faster service.

Custom-made rings are not eligible for return, as they are made to your specific requirements. However, if there is an issue with the quality or craftsmanship of the ring, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will review the photo and determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement or a refund.

Shipping takes on average 7-10 business days
